Tiger Estates have a wide range of properties for you to choose from, including one bedroom apartments to detached family home.All that is required to move into a Tiger Property is; to arrange a viewing, apply for the property by paying a £75 administration fee, filling out and returning a application form with at least three references to hopefully include previous landlord reference, employment reference and character reference. You will also require a Guarantor and proof of identification.


Once identifying suitable properties, Tiger Estates will arrange a viewing at a convenient time, during the working week, subject to the Landlords permission. Viewings will always be accompanied by a Tiger team member, who will be able to provide immediate advice and answer any questions you may have.

If meeting a Tiger team member at the property, it is essential that you confirm the appointment on the day of viewing at least two hours before the appointment.
Move in costs on Tiger properties can vary between Landlords as some properties require greater bonds than others and therefore, commonly we will ask for no bond to a bond of 4 weeks rent plus from one weeks rent in advance to be paid on the move in day.
